I found a cute paper flower tutorial at Dozi, check it out here. Just add a straw, crafting stick, plastic utensil or piece of wire to the flower and add it to the paper vase we will be making. Or you can add a dollar store flower like I did.
You will need:
scrap paper
paper towel roll cut in half * because using a toilet paper roll is gross
hot glue gun & sticks
scissors
pen
Cut out a piece of paper that will wrap around your paper towel roll.
Hot glue the first edge down, wrap your paper around and glue down the last edge.
Draw a circle for your base.
Cut it out.
Hot glue the bottom of your paper towel roll and press it onto your circle.
Add your flower.
